Jestina Weems, graduated from International Academy of Design and Technology. In 2012 Jestina created Victims2Victory, Inc. a performance art mentoring program. To give youth a productive outlet for self expression and the marketing skill-set to succeed.
Weems created over a dozen after school programs to offer to the DOE by late 2015. Programs like; The Stop The Hate program - teaches students six core skills of positive social/emotional behavior: focus, engagement, reflection, self-management, self-discipline and self-awareness. It is widely documented that social-emotional education has a strong impact on positive growth and academic achievement that advocate tolerance and inspires change.
In 2016 Weems started writing her book American Selfie and fund the content to be crucial after the 2016 elections. In her book she writes, “ As I listen to the cries of the American people, I am woken up by my own ignorance to the problems around us.”
Denise Gordon, attended Boston University and Actor’s Workshop for theatre training, received her Master’s in Business from Cambridge College. Denise has been a business owner for over 25 years as one of the original founders of Victims2Victory,Inc. Director of The Rising Stars a summer youth program at the Ogunquit Playhouse for almost a decade, Former special needs teacher, comedian and motivational speaker.
